Salad Bar Account Payments - MS Students & KSDS Staff

For all Middle School students and all KSDS staff, KSDS is pleased to offer salad bar, hot soup and french fries for purchase on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Student accounts must be pre-funded by a payment in advance, and any purchase throughout the year will be drawn down from that account. Families will be notified when the balance is below $5, and can add funds to the account through this form at any time of the year.

  • Online Salad Bar Payment - Important about Paypal Fee

    We are offering online salad bar payments as a convenience to our families and staff. Please note that Paypal charges KSDS a 3.05% fee for all Paypal payments received. Therefore, when KSDS records your online payment today to your salad bar account, KSDS will deduct the dollar amount of that fee from your balance. (For example, if you pay $100 today via Paypal, your salad bar account will be credited $96.95). If you would like to pay your salad bar account with no fee, please do not complete this form, and instead send a check, payable to KSDS, to Miriam Golob in the Lower School Office.
