Summer Sports Camps

Krieger Schechter Day School offers a variety of Summer Sports Camps to our students in the early weeks of summer. In addition to instruction and game time, all players receive an official camp T-shirt and an Achievement Certificate at the conclusion of camp. The last day of camp features an awards presentation honoring participants.

Basketball Camp

Dribbling and passing, shooting and rebounding, and different styles of defense are all covered as students learn the fundamentals and strategies of basketball. Players compete in games and contests each day.
Ages: Students rising into Grades 3–8
Dates: Monday, June 13th through Friday, June 17th
Times: 8:30 a.m.–noon

Soccer Camp

Led by coaches Chris Schanberger and Shannon Cohen, soccer players build skills as they practice passing, shooting, throw-ins and corner kicks. Players compete in games and contests each afternoon.
Ages: Students rising into Grades 3–8
Dates: Monday, June 13th through Thursday, June 16th
Times: 12:45–4:00 p.m.
Cost: $100

Baseball Clinic

Led by seasoned coach Ray Kosmicky, our Baseball Clinic teaches the fundamentals of hitting, running, throwing and fielding. Coach Kosmicky provides individual instruction to pitchers and catchers.
Ages: Students rising into Grades 3–8
Dates: Monday, June 20th - Wednesday, June 22nd

Times: 8:45 a.m.–noon
Cost: $75
